Online Player Registration

Pets are not allowed at Midlothian Youth Soccer Park at Hensley. You will kindly be asked to remove your pets if they are brought to the Park. This applies to any time the complex is open for either games or practices.

Please take a few short moments and register your player(s) online thru our online registration process.

Beginning with Spring 2006, a capital fee per family, per season is due at the time of registration. This fee will automatically be added at the time you make your payment thru online registration. If you do elect to mail your registration in, please be sure to include this additional amount along with any other applicable fees. Until all fees are paid, no child will be added to a team roter.

If you have any special requests that you could not properly indicate thru the on-line process, please send us an email to myslreg@mysl.com and we will add your comments to the database.

**Please note that there is a $25 processing fee on all refunds approved. **
