The Recreational Program
is open to all children to accommodate both beginning and
advanced soccer players. All
players will play at least half of each game. Practices are usually
held during the week with games on Saturdays. The Fall 2004 Season
has the first of nine games scheduled for Saturday, September
11 with practices starting approximately two weeks prior to
the first game. |
The players’ date of birth will govern
team placement. Our goal is to provide balanced team play.
A uniform fee of $35 provides the player with a pair of shorts,
2 pair of socks (blue and black) and a white and a blue shirt.
The player provides the shinguards and cleats. No games will
be played on October 9 and the last of 9 games will be held
on November 13.
Girls Recreational Program
The Girls Recreational
Program participates Cross Assocation for U10 and up. MYSL
and Cross Association rules govern the game. Some travel in the
Richmond area is necessary for Saturday games for U10 and up.
The player provides shinguards and cleats; they are available
locally at sporting goods stores. MYSL provides the player with
2 shirts, 1 pair shorts and 2 pair of socks (blue and black)
at a cost of $35 that can be worn for subsequent seasons. The
player’s
