Fall 2008 / Spring 2009

Registration can either be done by mail or by visiting the League's office. Registration forms are available at the following locations:

The following information will serve as a brief overview of registration policies and how to go about registration.

Midlothian Youth Soccer League is broken down into 2 primary programs: Girls Recreational, Coed Recreational.

Fees:

For Coed U04 only: $65 fee to cover six one-hour sessions-Parent and child participate together. No uniform required.

All others: $120 for first player in one family, $210 for two players in one family and $245 for three players in one family. ($95 for first child, $90 for second child, and $85 for each additional player in family).

Each family is assessed a $25 capital campaign fee per season, per family that is already included in the above registration fee of $120 for one child) to go towards long term development. There is a $35 uniform charge for players needing a uniform. Replacement fees are noted on registration form.

The $25 late fee applies to each player!! There is an additional county imposed charge of $10.00 for players NOT living in Chesterfield County. Make checks payable to MYSL, Inc. and mail to: MYSL, P. O. Box 1991, Midlothian, VA 23113.

Uniform fee of $35 includes 2 shirts, one blue and one white, for home and away teams, 2 pair of socks (1 pair blue and 1 pair black) and 1 pair of shorts. Uniforms can be used for subsequent seasons as long as they fit the player. For all former MYSL players, they will need to order a Black pair of socks.

Each player must submit a completed registration form and appropriate fee to MYSL, Inc. If there is not already one on file with MYSL, a non-returnable photocopy of the player's birth certificate must accompany each registration. Player's social security number is needed if available.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds for any reason other than the following:

• Not being able to place a child on a team roster as a result of full divisons
• A lack of coaches
• Players medically unfit to play the first scheduled game (documented by physician's statement)

GENERAL POLICY

The MYSL Board of Directors establishes registration and refund policy. No individual has the authority to modify or alter this policy without consent of the board. Letters regarding policy disagreement must be made in writing to:

MYSL will use the age designation adopted by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) that govern state and local clubs.
