Announcement of FALL 2010/Spring 2011 - Information on each program
PLAYERS CANNOT BE ROSTERED ON MORE THAN 1 TEAM ANY PARTICULAR SEASON - THE ONLY EXCEPTION APPLIES TO SCHOOL ROSTERS. You can play on your school team and a MYSL team but players cannot play on more than 1 roster other than school. Travel players are not permitted to participate as guests in the recreational league.

FALL 2010
Registration should be completed online. Bringing in a completed registration form will not insure that your special request will be honored. Please complete your applications online and there is sufficiient space to note all special concerns that you need us to be aware of.
The following information will serve as a brief overview of registration policies and how to go about registration.
Midlothian Youth Soccer League is broken down into 2 primary programs: Girls Recreational, Coed Recreational. Girls can participate in the Coed group. Teams in Coed do not have to have girls on them in order to be coed.
Fees:
CU04 - $45 registration fee plus $40 capital fee per family for a total of $85 (Plus $5 Chesterfield County Youth Participation fee for a grand total of $90.) |
CU05 and Cu06 - $75 registration fee plus $40 capital Fee per family for a total of $115 (Please note that the $5 Chesterfield County Youth Participation fee will be added at the end onto this amount for each child.) |
CU07 and older age groups $95 registration fee plus $40 capital fee per family for a total of $135 (Please note that the $5 Chesterfield County Youth Participation fee will be added at the end onto this amount for each child.) |
Please note that a $5 family discount applies only to those child(ren) that are in age groups U5 - U19. |
The family discount does not apply to any child registered in the Cu04 age group if you have multiple children in the family enrolled in our program. |
The 3rd child and any 4th child and beyond in U5 and older age groups would receive a $10 discount. |
Late fee of $25 after Jan 31 for Spring or June 30 for Fall. |
Full Uniform Sets can be ordered for $40. Individual Uniform Pieces can also be ordered. |
Out of County Fee of $15 for each player that resides out of county. (Fee Revised beginning with Fall 2010 - this is a fee paid directly to the county for all non-county residents that participate in our program.) |
$25 processing fee attached to any approved refund. FOR ALL Players beginning Fall 2010: $5 Chesterfield County Youth Participation Fee - this fee is paid directly to the County for all players beginning with the Fall 2010 registrants. |
Recreational Age Groupings MYSL will use the age designation adopted by the United States Soccer Federation that governs state and local clubs.

Coed U04 – a parent/child program, specifically designed to introduce parents and children to the game of soccer. Basic skills and small sided games for both parents and players will be offered to have fun and learn more about soccer. Coed U04 teams do not practice during the week. Six one-hour sessions will be offered at Hensley. Cost: $85 for six one-hour sessions. 1st session will begin on or around Saturday, September 11, 2010. No uniform purchase required. There is a cap of 60 players that can participate in this age group. Children are not on teams at this age level.
Coed U05 – is for our younger players and offers an introductory program to soccer players and their parents. Competition is not the emphasis and both parents and players will be encouraged to have fun and learn about soccer. Coed U05 will practice at least 1 time per week. All games will be played at the Midlothian Youth Soccer Park at Hensley.
Coed U06, U07, U08, GU08, CU10, GU10, CU12 and GU12 – will play games at the Midlothian Youth Soccer Park at Hensley. Practices are usually held during the week and start approximately two weeks prior to the first game of the season. U8’s and below do not play with goalkeepers.
Coed U14, U16 and U19/Girls U14, U16 and U19 – participate in cross association play. Practices and most games will be played in Chesterfield County. Home games are now held at the Midlothian Youth Soccer Park at Hensley.
The $25 late fee applies to each player!! There is an additional county imposed charge of $15.00 for players NOT living in Chesterfield County. Make checks payable to MYSL, Inc. and mail to:

Adidas Uniform fee of $40 includes 2 shirts, one blue and one white, for home and away teams, 2 pair of socks (1 pair blue and 1 pair black) and 1 pair of shorts. Uniforms can be used for subsequent seasons as long as they fit the player.
Each player must submit a completed registration form and appropriate fee to MYSL, Inc. If there is not already one on file with MYSL, a non-returnable photocopy of the player's birth certificate must accompany each registration. Player's social security number is needed if available.

There will be no refunds for any reason other than the following:

The MYSL Board of Directors establishes registration and refund policy. No individual has the authority to modify or alter this policy without consent of the board. Letters regarding policy disagreement must be made in writing to:
