Recreational Coaches and Referee Guide (FALL 2009)
These rules are general guidelines; however, the # of players allowed on the field has changed.
# of Players on the field;
U5 & U6: 3 v 3
U7 & U8: 4 v 4 (no goalkeeper)
U10: 6 v 6 (6th player is the goalkeeper)
U12: 8 v 8 (8th player is the goalkeeper)
U14 - U19: 11 v 11 (11th player is the goalkeeper)
These are not club rules, these are VYSA and National Guidelines.
